The National Investment Council of Ukraine (NIС) is an advisory body under the President of Ukraine. It was established by the Decree of the President of Ukraine* No.365/2016 of 29 August 2016.
The NIC is a high-level platform that promotes dialogue between business, international investors and official government agencies of Ukraine.
The NIC is composed of representatives of the high government officials, primarily the President of Ukraine, who is its Chairman, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Ministers of economy, infrastructure, finance and justice, as well as of representatives of international financial organizations.
