On 27 October 2022, the charity exhibition “From Ukraine with Love” opened in the Gallerie Lorien which presents the paintings of nine Ukrainian artists who were forced to move to Denmark, Ireland and Germany, and some still live and work in Ukraine.

The exhibition was made possible thanks to the support of the Danish non-profit arts organisation and network “IMMART – International Migration Meets the Arts” as well as curator Julia Dmukh, who became its co-organizers together with the Embassy of Ukraine.

During the exhibition, it is also possible to buy the works of the Ukrainian artists. Funds collected from the sale of art works will be transferred to the Volunteer Organization “Bevar Ukraine” for providing humanitarian aid to medical institutions of Ukraine and for carrying out reconstruction work.

The exhibition “From Ukraine with Love” will be held from 28 October to 6 November 2022 at the Gallerie Lorien (Frydendalsvej 31, 1809 Frederiksberg). The curator of the gallery is Tina Lorien, an art photographer who found artistic expression in capturing visual gems hidden in everyday life.
