On 17-18 September 2022, Ambassador of Ukraine to Denmark Mykhailo Vydoinyk attended the Annual Meeting of the Social Democratic Party of Denmark in the city of Aalborg at the invitation of the organizers.

The meeting began with words of support for Ukraine, to which the thousand-strong audience responded with a standing ovation.

We are grateful to the leader of the party, Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen for her clear position and tireless assistance to the Ukrainian people. During the meeting, Minister for Foreign Affairs Jeppe Kofod and Minister for Defence Morten Bødskov addressed the representatives of the diplomatic corps and gave their assessment of the current international and security situation in the world. Both Ministers assured of constant support of Ukraine in its fight against the Russian aggressor.
