Within the framework of the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2022) in Lugano, Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov held a number of meetings where he discussed European integration, reconstruction and modernization of Ukraine with international partners.

"We discussed attracting investments to restore the Ukrainian economy and our cities. Everyone I met expressed their willingness to help Ukraine!”

With the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Denmark Jeppe Kofod, we spoke about the coordination of steps to restore and modernize the city of Mykolaiv and the Mykolaiv region.

“The conference in Lugano is a unique opportunity to personally convey to the leaders of foreign states and international institutions our vision of Ukraine's reconstruction. I had the opportunity to discuss with our international partners the development of industrial parks, attraction of investments for economic recovery and support for urgent needs. Preparation for the heating season and assistance in the rebuilduing of housing was also on the agenda," said Oleksiy Chernyshov.
