“On 21 November we pay tribute to the patriotism and courage of citizens who in the fall of 2004 and in November 2013 – February 2014 stood up for democratic values, human and civil rights and freedoms, national interests of Ukraine and its European choice.

We honour the memory of all participants of the Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity, living and dead, thanks to whom Ukraine is moving towards progress and prosperity by reforming and deepening the integration processes between Ukraine and the European Union.

Ukrainians have declared their desire for pro-European course for our country at the highest price – the price of human lives. It is thanks to their efforts that Ukraine’s full membership in the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization has become a strategic course for our country.

We remember Ukrainian heroes who, at the call of the heart, became participants in fateful events in the Ukrainian history at the beginning of the XXI century and launched radical social changes in Ukraine. It was a right and fair struggle that reaffirmed the importance of European values - freedom, the rule of law and respect for human dignity”.
