On 3 June 2021, under the “IT Export Boost” project, Natalia Mitrofanova, Vice President on International Cooperation of the IT Ukraine Association, held an online meeting with the management of the newly established Ukrainian-Danish Chamber of Commerce.
The event was organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in Denmark with the support of the Exporters and Investors Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine which facilitates the establishment of business contacts between Ukrainian exporters and importers abroad.
Given the growing demand for Ukrainian IT services in the Danish market, the parties outlined during the meeting the main areas of cooperation between the Association and the Chamber to promote exports to Denmark, and agreed to explore the most promising areas of future cooperation in the sphere of information technology and digitalization.
They agreed to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the two business structures.
“IT Ukraine Association” is the largest professional association of Ukrainian service and product companies representing the interests of 50,000+ IT specialists.
The “IT Export Boost” project started on 5 March 2021. Its main task is to promote Ukrainian IT exports around the world with the involvement of diplomatic missions of Ukraine abroad. Denmark has been identified as one of the priority export markets for Ukrainian IT companies.
