The Danish company “Sander’s Scandinavia ApS”, which produces high quality safe children’s furniture in the classic Scandinavian style, has decided to relocate its production facilities to Ukraine.
“Sander’s Scandinavia” furniture is made from birch wood. Due to its functional features, it can be adapted to the needs of the buyer in terms of size and configuration. From now on, it will be manufactured at a furniture factory in the Zhytomyr region.
The Ukrainian enterprise is the market leader in terms of production capacity, and design and technological capabilities. It operates under quality management system meeting the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 and offers innovative technological solutions and quality control of each product unit.
Furniture made in Ukraine for the Danish company will be exported to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany. According to Lennart Sander, the Danish company plans to expand the production capacity at a Ukrainian factory up to €1 million within a year.
Director of the consulting and investment agency “NordicUkraineinvest” Lesya Ignatyk-Eriksen also attended the meeting. The agency helps companies, entrepreneurs and start-ups from Ukraine and Denmark to enter new international markets with their products.
