On 9 December 2021, Ambassador of Ukraine to Denmark Mykhailo Vydoinyk held a video conference with representatives of the Coordinating Council of the Association of Ukrainians of Denmark, where participants focused on the current state of affairs in the Ukrainian community.

The parties focused on the issues of concern facing Ukrainians in Denmark, as well as exchanged views on the possibility of increasing the number of outreach consular services in the Jutland region.

Ambassador Mykhailo Vydoinyk highly appreciated the activities of the Association of Ukrainians in Denmark and thanked the activists for their effective support of the Embassy in promoting both Ukrainian initiatives and protecting the interests of Ukrainians in the Kingdom of Denmark.

The participants of the meeting also had the opportunity to ask a number of specific questions that worry the Ukrainian community. The parties agreed to hold a separate online conference dedicated to consular services in the near future with the participation of employees of the diplomatic mission.
